How does the process work?

What’s the typical turnaround time for a custom PC?

Most builds are completed and ready to ship within 3-4 business days after finalizing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. This helps us ensure reliable delivery times, lower shipping costs, and better support for our customers. However, we’re actively exploring international shipping options and hope to expand in the future.

If you’re outside our current shipping zone, feel free to reach out. We’d love to hear from you and may be able to make special arrangements or let you know when international shipping becomes available. Stay tuned for updates!

Can I upgrade my PC in the future?

Absolutely! We build with upgradeability in mind and are happy to help when you're ready.

Do you offer ongoing support on the PCs you build?

Yes, all builds come with 12 months of free technical support.

Do you only use new parts?

We use both new and refurbished parts, depending on your preferences and budget.
